LG Energy Solution plans to invest in a new power and energy storage battery production project in Jiangning Binjiang Development Zone in Nanjing, China, with a total investment of approximately RMB 5.792 billion. Currently, LG Energy Solution already has three battery factories in Nanjing with a total production capacity of 62GWh.
