Luoyang Ruixin New Energy Co., Ltd. and Luoyang Xiangjiang Wanji Aluminum Co., Ltd. jointly invested in the establishment of Luoyang Xin'an New Energy Co., Ltd. The company plans to invest about 5.8 billion yuan to mainly produce lithium carbonate, aluminum-based new materials and new energy materials made from alumina purification. Among them, the alumina purification and lithium carbonate project is the company's first phase project, with an estimated annual output of 8,500 tons of lithium carbonate, 400,000 tons of aluminum-based new materials and 300,000 tons of new energy materials.
