Silan Minggai received 1.2 billion yuan in additional capital

On February 1, 2023, Silan Microelectronics issued an announcement stating that its subsidiary Xiamen Silan Mingjia successfully completed a capital increase of 1.2 billion yuan and handled the industrial and commercial change registration on November 3, 2023. The capital increase aims to accelerate the construction of Silan Mingjia SiC power device production line. After the capital increase, Silan Microelectronics' shareholding ratio increased to 48.16%, and the Big Fund Phase II held 14.11%. At present, Silan Mingjia has a monthly production capacity of 3,000 6-inch SiC MOSFET chips, and it is expected to have a monthly production capacity of 12,000 6-inch SiC chips by the end of 2024.
