Ideal Auto Power Semiconductor R&D and Production Base Starts Construction

In August 2022, Suzhou SCO Semiconductor, a company jointly funded by Ideal Auto and Hunan Sanan Semiconductor, started the construction of a power semiconductor R&D and production base in Suzhou High-tech Zone. The base is expected to be put into production in 2024, with an annual production capacity of 2.4 million SiC half-bridge power modules.
