Tianrui Semiconductor Project Signed in Fujian

The Tianrui Semiconductor project was signed in Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, with a total investment of 5 billion yuan. It will build new 8-inch silicon carbide (SiC) and gallium nitride (GaN) wafer fabs to layout the entire third-generation semiconductor industry chain.
