China Micro Semiconductor Launches New Automotive-Grade SoC BAT32A6700

AMEC has launched a new automotive-grade SoC chip, BAT32A6700, which integrates MCU, LDO, LIN transceiver and CAN controller. The chip is suitable for a variety of development applications such as panel switches, sunroofs, seats, taillights, sensors and micro motors.
