DEIF and AVL collaborate to develop high-efficiency converters based on silicon carbide modules

DEIF and AVL have reached a cooperation to jointly develop high-efficiency converters based on silicon carbide semiconductor technology. AVL is responsible for the development of power modules, and DEIF is responsible for the production of converter power modules and the development of control systems. It is planned to showcase the results of the cooperation at the 2024 SMM International Maritime Exhibition.
