Infineon Technologies supplies SiC devices for Shenghong Electric's energy storage system

Infineon Technologies and Shenghong Electric have reached a cooperation. Infineon will provide Shenghong Electric with 1200 V CoolSiC MOSFET power semiconductor devices, combined with EiceDRIVER™ compact 1200V single-channel isolated gate driver IC, to further improve the efficiency of energy storage converters.
