Chery Automobile established Anhui Qida Power Battery Technology Co., Ltd., which focuses on battery manufacturing and sales, with a registered capital of RMB 200 million. It is wholly owned by Wuhu Qida Power Battery System Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chery Automobile Co., Ltd.
