India imposes anti-dumping duties on printed circuit boards with six layers or less from China and Hong Kong

The Indian Ministry of Finance announced that it will impose anti-dumping duties on printed circuit boards (PCBs) with six layers or less originating in or imported from China and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China for five years starting from March 14, 2024. The customs code of the product involved is 85340000. The taxation result is CIF0-75.72% in China, among which the respondent enterprises are taxed at the corresponding tax rate, and the tax rate for non-respondent enterprises is CIF30%; the tax rate in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China is CIF30%.
