Hanma Technology's name change process and Geely Commercial Vehicle's acquisition background

Hanma Technology was formerly known as Valin Xingma, and is mainly engaged in the production and research and development of heavy-duty trucks, heavy-duty special vehicles and core components. In 2020, Valin Xingma's net profit was -490 million yuan. In July of the same year, Geely Commercial Vehicle Group became the controlling shareholder of Valin Xingma with 435 million yuan. In December 2020, Valin Xingma was renamed Hanma Technology.
