Guangdong Jitai Energy Co., Ltd.'s annual processing of 20,000 tons of waste lithium battery recycling and comprehensive utilization construction project

Guangdong Jitai Energy Co., Ltd. plans to build a comprehensive utilization project for the recycling of 20,000 tons of waste lithium batteries per year in Tonghu Economic Management Zone, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province. The project will include two waste lithium-ion battery crushing and disassembly production lines and four pole piece crushing production lines, and plans to recycle 20,000 tons of waste lithium-ion batteries per year and 4,000 tons of pole pieces per year. Among them, 4,000 tons/year of waste lithium-ion batteries will be recycled, and 16,000 tons/year of waste lithium-ion batteries will be crushed and disassembled on site. The project is expected to obtain environmental impact assessment approval in April 2024.
