Saida Semiconductor was established in October 2023 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wensheng Technology. Wei Jianjun, chairman of Great Wall Motors, is the actual controlling shareholder of Wensheng Technology. Previously, the Great Wall Holdings Bidding Center launched the "Seiko Automation Silicon Carbide Epitaxial Plant Renovation Design Project" in May 2023 and signed a contract with Xushui District in September 2023. Wensheng Technology is the signing party and Saida Semiconductor is the main builder.
