Huaruan Technology announces the termination of two major lithium battery electrolyte projects

On April 26, Chinasoft Technology (002453.SZ) announced that its two major lithium battery electrolyte projects have been terminated. The two projects are the 12,000-ton lithium battery electrolyte additive project planned by Wuxue Odyssey Chemical Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing Odyssey Chemical Co., Ltd., and the 6,000-ton fluoroethylene carbonate (FEC) lithium battery electrolyte additive project planned by Cangzhou Odyssey Chemical Co., Ltd. Due to changes in market conditions, investment environment and administrative approval policies, the progress of these projects did not meet expectations, so Chinasoft Technology decided to terminate these projects.
