Tianyancha shows that recently, Zhiyuan Robotics' affiliated company Shanghai Zhiyuan New Technology Co., Ltd. completed its A4 round of financing, with investors including Sequoia China, M31 Capital and SAIC Investment. Zhiyuan Robotics was registered and established in Shanghai Lingang in February 2023, focusing on the development of general humanoid robots and embodied intelligence. The company has two R&D centers in Shanghai and Beijing and a production and manufacturing base in Shanghai Lingang, with a registered capital of 69.39 million yuan. The legal representative of the company is Shu Yuanchun, and the founder "Zhihuijun" serves as a director.
