Nvidia launches GB200 super chip to improve AI reasoning capabilities

NVIDIA launched the GB200 super chip, which combines a Grace CPU and two B200 GPUs connected by 900GB/s ultra-low-power NVLink chip-to-chip interconnect technology. The GB200 super chip improves large model reasoning performance by 30 times and reduces cost and energy consumption by 25 times.
