Infineon and automotive giant Stellantis sign memorandum of understanding on silicon carbide chip supply

Infineon has signed a memorandum of understanding on the supply of silicon carbide chips with automotive giant Stellantis, and will provide 1200V and 750V CoolSiC Gen2p chips for Stellantis-branded electric vehicles.
