Infineon Technologies and Vitesco Technologies sign cooperation agreement to jointly develop 800V compact automotive inverter power modules

Infineon Technologies and Vitesco Technologies have signed a cooperation agreement, under which Vitesco will use Infineon's SiC power devices to develop 800V compact automotive inverter power modules.
