Tianqi Lithium and SQM have major disagreements

Tianqi Lithium and SQM had a major disagreement six years after the acquisition. Tianqi Lithium requested a special shareholders meeting to understand the status of SQM's negotiations with Chile's National Copper Corporation. However, SQM's board of directors refused to vote on the matter and stated that shareholders' opinions are not binding on management.
