SiEngine Technology releases advanced intelligent driving chip AD1000

Xinqing Technology recently launched the AD1000 chip of the Longying Smart Driving series. This chip is positioned to compete with the most advanced products in the international market. AD1000 adopts a 7-nanometer automotive-grade process, complies with AEC-Q100 standards, and has a multi-core heterogeneous architecture. Its CPU computing power exceeds 250KDMIPS, and its NPU computing power reaches 256TOPS. Through multi-chip collaboration, it can achieve computing power of up to 1024TOPS. In addition, AD1000 integrates VPA and ISP, has a built-in ASIL-D level functional safety island, and provides a variety of interfaces to meet the needs of L2 to L4 level intelligent driving.
