Wuhan Xinxin Integrated Circuit Manufacturing Co., Ltd. recently changed its business registration, adding 30 new shareholders and increasing its registered capital from about 5.782 billion yuan to about 8.479 billion yuan. This move is aimed at strengthening the company's R&D and production capabilities in the field of high bandwidth memory (HBM).
