Dongni Electronics achieved revenue of 409 million yuan in the first quarter of 2024, a year-on-year increase of 22.27%; net profit attributable to the parent company was 13 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 132.45%; net profit attributable to the parent company after deducting non-recurring items was -26 million yuan. Dongni Semiconductor, a subsidiary of Dongni Electronics, signed a "Supplementary Agreement to the Procurement Contract" with downstream customer T, re-agreeing on the delivery of subsequent 6-inch SiC substrates and the responsibilities for the failure to complete the 2023 delivery plan.
