In 2023, Sanan Optoelectronics achieved revenue of 14.053 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.28%. Hunan Sanan's SiC production capacity reaches 16,000 pieces/month, and its products are widely used in photovoltaics, energy storage, new energy vehicles and other fields, with more than 800 cooperative customers. Hunan Sanan's 6-inch SiC substrates have been shipped in batches to international customers, and the 8-inch substrate epitaxial process has been debugged. In addition, the company has also launched G5-generation products suitable for the photovoltaic field and automotive-grade 1200V/16mΩ SiC MOSFET and other products.
