ASML plans to expand production capacity

ASML plans to significantly increase its production capacity in the next few years. It is expected to manufacture 600 deep ultraviolet (DUV) lithography systems and 90 low-NA extreme ultraviolet (EUV) lithography machines per year by 2025-2026, as well as 20 high-NA EUV.
