Qorvo Announces Acquisition of Semiconductor Company Anokiwave

Qorvo, a world-renowned RF company, recently announced that it has reached a final acquisition agreement with semiconductor manufacturer Anokiwave. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first quarter. Anokiwave focuses on providing high-performance silicon integrated circuits (ICs) for smart active array antennas in the fields of defense, aerospace, satellite communications and 5G. After the acquisition is completed, the Anokiwave team will be incorporated into Qorvo's High Performance Analog (HPA) department to continue to develop beamformers and IF-RF solutions for related fields.
