CATL sodium batteries are installed in vehicles, driving industry development

In the first quarter of 2024, CATL's sodium batteries were installed on vehicles. Prior to this, CATL released the first generation of sodium-ion batteries in July 2021, which have high energy density and good low-temperature performance. Currently, CATL is developing the second generation of sodium-ion batteries, which are expected to have better performance in terms of cost, life and low-temperature performance.
