According to Xingan Technology, the project started on August 8, 2023, with a total investment of more than 1 billion yuan. The first phase of Xingan Technology's Jiangyin power semiconductor manufacturing plant is compatible with 6&8 inches, with a total construction area of ​​more than 45,000 square meters, and a core production clean room area of ​​10,000 square meters, including the main FAB plant (completed in two phases), as well as CUB power stations, Class A/B warehouses, hydrogen supply stations and other supporting facilities.
