In the domestic MOSFET market, medium and low voltage products occupy an important position. These products mainly include 40V, 60V and 100V Planar, Trench and SGT shielded gate MOSFETs. These MOSFETs are widely used in new energy vehicles, including main drive inverters, OBC, DC/DC and air conditioning compressors. Domestic manufacturers such as Silan Microelectronics, Anshi Semiconductor, China Resources Microelectronics, Yangjie Technology, Hua Microelectronics, Xinjie Energy, Dongwei Semiconductor and Jiejie Microelectronics have occupied a place in this market.
