Hebei Tongguang Semiconductor Co., Ltd. is listed on the Hurun Unicorn List for the first time

Hebei Tongguang Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (Tongguang Co., Ltd.) appeared for the first time on the "2024 Global Unicorn List" released by Hurun Research Institute, ranking 720th with a value of 11.5 billion yuan. Tongguang Co., Ltd. was established in 2012 and focuses on the research and development, production and sales of SiC single crystal substrates. It is one of the earliest manufacturers in China to achieve mass production of SiC single crystal substrates.
