Xinyue Energy's factory is expanding production and will achieve an annual output of 240,000 6-inch automotive-grade silicon carbide chips by the end of the year

The total investment of Xinyueneng's silicon carbide chip manufacturing project is about 7.5 billion yuan, aiming to build an annual production capacity of 240,000 6-inch and 240,000 8-inch silicon carbide wafer chips. Xinyueneng's factory is expanding production and is expected to achieve an annual production capacity of 240,000 6-inch automotive-grade silicon carbide chips by the end of this year. The reserved 8-inch production line is located next to the 6-inch production line, and in the future it will have the capacity to produce 240,000 8-inch automotive-grade silicon carbide chips annually.
