According to official news from China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (Shanxi) Silicon Carbide Materials Industrial Base, on January 4, the construction site of the second phase of the base was busy installing fire-fighting pipes, electromechanical installation, and insulation materials, making the final sprint for the equipment to enter the site at the end of the month. The total investment of the project is RMB 500 million, and a comprehensive plant with a total area of ​​about 16,000 square meters will be built, including a single crystal production workshop and power supporting facilities. It is expected that after production, the annual output value will reach 300,000 pieces.
