Pathfinder acquires 60% equity interest in Beijing Xinneng

In September 2021, clothing company Pathfinder announced that it plans to acquire a 60% stake in Beijing Xinneng with its own funds of RMB 260 million. Beijing Xinneng focuses on the research and development of Mini/Micro LED display driver ICs and modules, and mainly sells related products and provides solutions to industry-related customers.
