Ruqi Travel applies for listing in Hong Kong

Ruqi Travel, a travel platform jointly created by GAC Group and Tencent, has submitted an application for listing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Ruqi Travel mainly provides online car-hailing, Robotaxi and ride-sharing services. It currently has more than 23 million registered users and an annual revenue of more than 2.1 billion yuan. In the order compliance rate ranking released by the Ministry of Transport, Ruqi Travel has ranked first many times.
