Ideal L9 adopts SiC power module

Ideal Auto launched the L9 model on its LEEA2.0 platform. The electric drive system of this car uses SiC power modules from Suzhou SCO Semiconductor, a joint venture between Ideal and Sanan Optoelectronics. With the production base of SCO Semiconductor SiC power modules going into production in 2024, the SiC model matrix built by Ideal based on the LEEA2.0 platform is expected to be further expanded.
