Renesas Electronics extends tender offer for Sequans to February 5

Renesas Electronics announced that it has extended the offer period for the acquisition of Sequans Communications Corporation to February 5, 2024. Renesas will acquire all outstanding common shares of Sequans at a price of $0.7575 per share and its American Depositary Shares (ADS) at a price of $3.03 per share. The acquisition is intended to expand Renesas' business in the IoT field.
