Junlian Electronics' 800V SiC high-voltage electric drive assembly has achieved mass production

Recently, Junlian Electronics announced that its 800V SiC high-voltage electric drive assembly has been successfully mass-produced. This achievement marks another important breakthrough for the company in the field of new energy vehicles. The electric drive assembly uses advanced oil-cooled flat wire motor technology and all-SiC power devices, with a maximum operating voltage of 900V and a 250kW assembly weight of only 77kg. In addition, it also integrates the BOOST boost charging function, which can complete fast charging in a short time, greatly improving the charging efficiency and convenience of electric vehicles.
