Shunbo Alloy completed a private placement of 75.95 million shares and raised 600 million yuan

Shunbo Alloy successfully completed the issuance of shares to specific objects, with a total of approximately 75.9494 million shares issued and a total amount of funds raised of approximately RMB 600 million. The purpose of this issuance is to support the company's two major projects - "annual production of 630,000 tons of low-carbon and environmentally friendly aluminum alloy flat ingot project" and "annual production of 500,000 tons of green recycling high-performance aluminum strip project", as well as to supplement working capital.
