Yiwei Lithium Energy acquires 20% stake in Ruifu Lithium

Yiwei Lithium Energy plans to acquire 20% of Ruifu Lithium Industry held by Junhua New Energy for RMB 800 million. This acquisition will further strengthen Yiwei Lithium Energy's layout in the lithium salt industry.
