On April 20, Yichun Times New Energy Mining, a subsidiary of CATL, successfully won the exploration rights of the lithium ceramic mine in Yichun, Jiangxi Province for 865 million yuan. The mine is located in Yichun, with a resource volume of 960.251 million tons and 2.65678 million tons of lithium metal oxide. This move is an important step in the layout of CATL's entire industrial chain, aiming to accelerate the development of lithium mines, increase the supply of lithium resources, stabilize the price of raw materials, support Yichun in building a new energy industrial chain, and create an "Asian lithium capital".
