Zhongke Electric plans to set up a wholly-owned subsidiary in Hong Kong or overseas

Zhongke Electric announced that it plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Hong Kong, China or other overseas regions through its holding subsidiary Hunan Zhongke Xingcheng, and indirectly invest in the establishment of a Moroccan project company to implement an integrated base project with an annual output of 100,000 tons of lithium-ion battery negative electrode materials. The total planned investment amount of the project is no more than RMB 5 billion.
