The Liguoxin Microelectronics Project has successfully entered mass production. The project plans to build 16 mid-to-high-end chip packaging and testing production lines, which can produce 22.5 billion high-end chips annually. This achievement will help promote the application and development of gallium nitride (GaN) and other related technologies in the field of microelectronics.
