China Resources Microelectronics deepens SiC industry layout

In recent years, China Resources Microelectronics has continued to deepen its layout in the SiC industry. In 2020, the company released new SiC products at the Munich Shanghai Electronics Show and announced that the country's first 6-inch commercial SiC wafer production line has officially started mass production. Since 2022, the company's independently developed second-generation SiC JBS products have been delivered in batches to leading customers in many industries.
