Fisker Ocean doors won't open, NHTSA launches another investigation

The U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is again investigating the Fisker Ocean after owners complained that the doors could not be opened from the inside or outside, and that the emergency override device could not be used. NHTSA has previously received 14 such complaints.
