Geely acquires Meizu, holding 79.09% of the shares

Star Era holds a 79.09% controlling stake in Meizu Technology, gaining sole control over the company. Geely Group (Ningbo Co., Ltd.) is the first-generation shareholder of Star Era, holding 32% of the shares; Li Shufu holds 6.1% of the shares.
