Qingdao Sifang Sirui Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Sirui Intelligent) recently announced the completion of a round B financing of several hundred million yuan. This round of financing was jointly led by SAIC Group Strategic Direct Investment, Shangqi Capital and CDH Investments, followed by well-known investors such as China Merchants Venture Capital, Shanghai Jinpu, Xinding Capital, Sinovation Ventures, China Control Fund, and Qingdao Venture Capital, and continued support from old shareholders such as Ocean Pine Capital, Haiao Xinke, Xinxin Venture Capital, Hengchuang Investment, and Tongge Venture Capital.
