Great Wall Motors subsidiary Saida Semiconductor launches SiC epitaxial project

Great Wall Motors subsidiary Saida Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. announced the launch of a silicon carbide (SiC) epitaxial project with a total investment of RMB 1.47 billion, and an expected production capacity of 300,000 pieces per year in 2027. The project is located in Xushui Economic Development Zone, Baoding City, Hebei Province, and aims to strengthen the company's layout in the SiC field.
