At the end of 2021, Great Wall Motors led the hundreds of millions of RMB E-round financing for Tongguang Co., Ltd. Tongguang Co., Ltd. focuses on the research and development and production of third-generation semiconductor material SiC substrates. This move will help Great Wall Motors lock in part of the SiC substrate production capacity.
