ASM's silicon carbide (SiC) Epi business showed strong growth in 2023, easily reaching its revenue target of 130 million euros (about 1 billion yuan) and generating synergies. In the fourth quarter of 2023, two more customers selected ASM's latest 200mm SiC Epi tool.
