Micron's HBM chips are sold out this year

Micron's CEO Sanjay Mehrotra said their high-bandwidth memory (HBM) chips have sold out this year and most of the capacity for next year has been booked. These chips are widely used in the development of complex artificial intelligence applications. In addition, Nvidia uses Micron's latest HBM3E chips in its next-generation H200 graphics processing unit (GPU).
