CATL invested 6.4 billion yuan to acquire Snowway Mining and obtained 100% controlling stake

In 2023, CATL invested RMB 6.4 billion to acquire Yajiang County Snowway Mining Development Co., Ltd. and obtained 100% controlling stake. Snowway Mining has the prospecting rights of a super-large lithium mine. This acquisition will help CATL further develop in the field of lithium mineral resources.
